Most of his instruments were pre-carved European imports (Thomas James Wenberg: Violin & Bow Makers of Minnesota, Schubert Club Museum, 1988). It's hard for us to tell where this one was built. It has a date stamp of 1970. Includes a nice Bobelock rectangular hard case, two wood bows (one a Pfretzchner), a nice shoulder rest and other small accessories.
