This activity is comprised of long paper strips printed with 180 notes/rests that can be laid out on the floor, posted to a wall, or placed on a table. The strips contain various musical rhythm markings (notes, rests) and simple rhythms (tied notes, dotted notes, simple beamed sets). These are used to perform activities such as adding up the rhythmic values of each group, matching similar values, identifying rhymic values, etc.. The game itself is based on the addition of values in a time-test format.
