20th Century (1982). For three alto trombones and one English "G" bass trombone (triggerless instrument pitched in G with a slide handle extension). This is a staged work in Comedic Avante Garde style. Performers dress in costume: English schoolboy, Hutterite (similar to Amish), medical doctor and clown (wow). Published in score form. Set of four scores included. A modern independent Bb/F/Gb/D or Bb/F/G/Eb bass trombone can be used in place of the G bass, but will (a) require playing the opening section on the second valve alone and (b) the use of a prop slide extension handle.
