Baroque. Opening Passacaglia portion of the famous Passacaglia & Fugue in C minor originally for organ. Arranged by Donald Hunsberger at the Eastman School of Music, the arrangement works well for eight individual players or with parts doubled. The upperparts alternate between bass and tenor clefs. Requires strong ensemble skills. One of the most popular trombone octets ever published. Clefs are TTBBTTBB. Score & parts. -cdp
