Romantic. Bruckner was an extremely religious person who seemed to dedicate his music to the glory of God. Among his compositions are ten symphonies, several masses and almost 40 motets. While his compositions were not widely appreciated during his lifetime, they have become popular today and have been recorded by many groups.
