The Chorale Preludes, Op. 122 are the last works written by Johannes Brahms, discovered on his desk after his death in 1897. Composed for organ and inspired by Bach, two of the eleven Lutheran hymns have been beautifully arranged for 5-part trombone ensemble by Ralph Sauer.
The two movements in this collection are, "O Welt, ich muá dich lassen (O World, I Must Leave You)" and "O Gott, du frommer Gott (O God, You Faithful God" and are appropriate for advanced performers. - the publisher
